Today marks 10 years since we piled on Micah's couch, sat in silence, and watched the Friends finale.
I know, right!
10 years since she got off the plane!
10 years since Monica & Chandler bought home the twins. "The hospital knows you took two, right?"
10 years since they left their keys on the counter and walked out that purple door for the last time.
"Has it always been purple?!"
It is a show that helped shape who we are today. And thanks to Friends, we have a quote for every situation.

Now that I am a grown up I so get all of these! Our Moms should not have let us watch this show! It is so different watching this show as an adult than as a teenager with no worldly experience. number 46 in particular! How crazy is it that we all have found our 'Lobster'
ReplyDeleteThat's what I love about it - you can keep re-watching it and always find things that you didn't get the first (or 14th) time!
ReplyDeleteI'm finding that with a lot of movies and even songs we all loved growing up, they were so inappropriate! Haha! But we had no idea what they were talking about at the time.
And yes, it's so nice that we have all found our "Lobster"!
